All incident alerts, summaries, formatting, workflows, and internal content produced or distributed by Western New York Incident Alerts, Inc. (WNYIA) are protected materials.

• You may not reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit WNYIA content outside authorized channels.
• You may not mirror WNYIA alert output in another service, feed, or platform without written authorization.
• Unauthorized reuse may result in immediate access revocation and legal enforcement.

Dispatchers may encounter sensitive information during operations.

• Do not disclose tactical law-enforcement details, active operation specifics, or restricted responder information.
• Do not share private personal information, medical details, or non-public identifiers.
• Use only approved channels and approved wording standards for public-facing alerts.

Accuracy is mandatory and takes precedence over speed.

• Verify information before publishing alerts whenever practical.
• Avoid speculation, assumptions, and unconfirmed narrative details.
• Correct errors promptly and document corrections through approved process.

Professional conduct is required in all WNYIA systems and communications.

• Maintain respectful, policy-compliant behavior with team members and partner agencies.
• No harassment, abuse, retaliation, or disruptive conduct.
• No operational interference, including unauthorized calls, scene response, or agency disruption.
